Hello MVC Family,
We know that there are many in our community that are worried about COVID-19. In light of the current public health situation, we would like to let you know how we are responding with the best interests of our employees, clients, and their pets in mind.
- We are currently remaining open and seeing patients. Our facility is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day, our employees practice good hand washing practices, and we have advised any employee that feels sick to stay at home.
- We have implemented a system for appointments that would allow you to drop off your pet if you don’t feel comfortable coming into the office. Just let our front desk staff know that you’d like a technician to retrieve your pet from your car, complete their exam, and then return them to you.
- We schedule 30 minute appointments always. This allows us to have plenty of time for the appointment, ease stress for you and your pet, and also decrease the number of people congregating in the lobby.
- If you feel ill, have a fever, or have been exposed to the virus, we encourage you to stay home. You will not be penalized for canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
We are committed to doing what is best for our community, our patients, and our patients’ owners. We will continue to update you if we make any changes to our operating hours or appointment procedures.
